Cost: $100 for 100km participants. Or $1 per km for part walkers.

1. CCH – Bridge to Crosslands 14.7km

2. Crosslands to Bobbin Head 15.5km

3. Bobbin Head to St Ives Showground 14.2km

4. St Ives Showground to Davidson Park 16.2 km

5. Davidson Park to Lane Cove National Park 15.6km

6 Lane Cove National Park to Thornleigh Oval 15.0km

7. Thornleigh Oval to CCH – Bridge 11.9km

Want to join a training walk ahead of the big event?

Support crew will meet us at each of the checkpoints with food, drink, dry clothes etc.

Things to bring:

Sturdy shoes and multiple changes of socks
Hydration – such as a camel pack or other. At least 2litres
Snacks for on the trail. More substantial food at checkpoints
Walking poles – recommended for 100km walkers.
Head torch and spare batteries.
Hat, sunblock, and anti-chaffing cream
A variety of clothing – layers etc.
Complete change of clothes and a towel if you wish to shower at the bridge before heading home.
